While Foresight Legal can’t guarantee the legal ruling or outcome of your case, we stand firmly by your experience with us. If you stop using our services during any flat fee service, you will be refunded your fee minus whatever work was done on your case.

Court filing fees, however, are non-refundable. For non-flat fee services, this guarantee is governed by other terms and conditions, please ask your Foresight Legal Attorney for details.

If your purchased product does not meet your needs, your Attorney—during your consultation—will suggest the most cost effective package for you and adjust your fees accordingly.
