I retained Tom to advise me on amendments to my existing living trust when the attorney who originally drafted it was unable to following his retirement. Tom was respectul of my needs, asked excellent questions that helped me make changes that addressed all of my concerns as well as some that I had not considered. His pricing was very fair, particularly for the number of changes and issues we addressed.

I went to this Law Office after a previous Attorney messed up my Will.
When me and my new Attorney started reviewing the mess that the other Attorney made on my Estate, I was pleasantly surprised to see how detailed Mr. Martin was and how knowledgeable he and his assistant were.
He took the time to explain to me every detail, worked hours upon hours on my instructions as to how I wanted the structure of the Estate to be worded.
His fees are very reasonable for the amount of time he spends with the client, and he is so thorough in explaining the structure of the Estate Organizer.
When I was presented with the final ESTATE ORGANIZER, I was at awe: what a difference between 2 Lawyers: now I felt sure that everything was done correctly and professionally. I was so happy to such extent that I offered to pay him extra for the excellent work Mr. Martin and his staff has done for my Estate.
